IMPORTANT IL ASSULT WEAPONS BAN INFO
Attention Illinois Residence. As of Wednesday, August 16th 2023, the TRO against the IL Assault Weapons Ban has been dismissed. Citizens listed as plaintiff on the TRO are no longer to purchase and/or transfer any firearm listed on the ban, effective immediately. Any item in this catalog listed under the ban may only be transferred to people who fall under the 'exemption. For more info on who is exempt or what firearms are listed on the ban can be found at: isp.illinois.gov
It is the responsibility of the bidder to know what they can and can not have transferred to themselves. Any item that can not be legally transferred, must still be paid for and can be resold to recoup some of the cost.
Non Illinois residence are welcome to bid. It is the responsibility of out of state bidders' to check state regulations prior to bidding.
All banned items must be transferred to and FFL of your choosing that is out of state.
Lots #1-143 are scheduled to end as a "one extend all extend" meaning that if ANY bids are placed on any of those lots, the end time is extended for ALL lots in that grouping. The remaining lots will be a staggered ending -- Staggered ending auctions allow items to end on an individual lot level. Time extensions will happen if bidding is still active. When bidding has stopped on the lot the bidding will close.
